W.C.E. is a licensed, bonded and insured general contracting company. We provide residential and commercial construction services in WA state. We are based on the Kitsap penninsula, although we have had very successful projects in Eastern Washington and on the Pacific Coast. W.C.E. General Contractors LLC is owned by Dustin Wright and Morgan Harris, we are a husband and wife team. We opened for business in 2007 and have built or remodeled over 100 homes since. Dustin has over 22 years of construction and project management experience that makes him a true visionary aid in the developement of our customer's dream homes. Morgan brings the administrative part of runnning a business with 15 plus years of office managment. Together we've built an amazing business!
